Acquisition, Data Integration Lead Marketing Agenda

In good and bad times, all marketing roads still lead to data. In a sign of improving economics, acquiring new customers is now the top challenge for marketers, according to the 2011 mid-year marketing trends report by Kern Organization, a Los Angeles-based direct marketing agency. Recession-battered firms previously were focusing more on retention.
